Swimming Instructors / Volunteers / Parents (Guardians) / Students

DREAMSSS is a swimming school for all of us. DREAMSSS aims to ensure that our members can enjoy swimming and continue to develop themselves in a safe and positive environment. We believe that interacting with one another in a respectful, positive, and pleasant way is essential.

DREAMSSS actively works to raise awareness among students, parents/guardians, and swimming instructors about appropriate behaviour. DREAMSSS should be — and remain — a place where swimmers can train together with enjoyment, satisfaction, and mutual respect.

To achieve this, it is natural that we follow a number of basic rules. DREAMSSS has established this Code of Conduct to support that goal. Instructors and committees actively promote this code. We expect that all swimming instructors, parents (guardians), students, and volunteers comply with these rules.

We expect everyone to:

Listen to one another

Follow instructions

Work together respectfully

Provide and respect clear structure and transparency

Handle tension or frustration appropriately

Respect general safety rules and discipline in the swimming pool
