The Journey to the C-Swimming Diploma

The C-Diploma is the third milestone in the swimming journey. At Whale level in the competition pool, swimmers grow stronger, faster and more independent.

C Diploma (Competition Pool) (Whale)

1. Crouch Jump

Enter the water using a crouch jump. Minimum water depth: 2 meters.

2. Angle Dive & Underwater Orientation

Perform an angle dive from the water surface and retrieve an object from the bottom.

3. Underwater Swimming

Start in the water and swim 5 meters underwater on your back.

Start in the water and swim 5 meters underwater on your front.

4. Floating on Back

Float calmly for 15 seconds while breathing normally.

5. Jumping into Water with Swim Through

Jump from the poolside (start jump) and swim 10 meters underwater.

6. Competition Starts & Turns

Master competition starts and turns and apply them correctly while swimming.

7. Breaststroke

Swim 75 meters breaststroke as a competition stroke.

8. Front Crawl

Perform a competition start and swim 25 meters front crawl with a front crawl turn.

9. Mastering & Combining Strokes

Swim:

  • 50 meters breaststroke (competition style)
  • 50 meters back crawl
  • 50 meters combined backstroke

10. Water Polo Crawl with Ball

Swim 10 meters water polo crawl while handling a ball.
